Heard a lot of nightmare stories on Reno so we were rather skeptical and surely worry but am super happy and relieved after Kennes did an awesome 10 weeks job for our 5 room-BTO. There were some loose items such as paint touch up etc which still can be fixed after we move in but pretty minimum. I think Reno is all about understanding & a 2-way relationship and constant communication with your ID. Am very happy and satisfied for what we found and price paid for.
